Toasted flour and almonds porridge (Dessert)

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 10 tablespoons flour

- 6 tablespoons of sugar

- 1/2 litre of milk

- Extra virgin olive oil

- Fried almonds

Preparation:
Toast the flour in a frying pan. Once it is toasted, pass it through a sieve. Add the milk, sugar and oil. Put on the heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. To serve, add the almonds.
This dish can be served hot or cold.
